📋 Description

• Define the direction, priorities and focus areas for the Partner Strategy and Delivery pillar
• Translate Monzo’s wider goals and estate principles into a coherent portfolio of work
• Create conditions for delivery and influence the wider business to enable successful outcomes
• Lead a team of 5 senior/mid-senior colleagues
• Enable and assure delivery through the wider team and business
• Prioritize, sequence, and resource high-impact workstreams

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading complex strategy, transformation or programme portfolios
• Essential experience working with outsourced operations, suppliers or third party partners
• Ability to travel within the UK and internationally when required
• Strong understanding of how partner capability, customer outcomes, commercial arrangements
• Proven ability to translate broad business goals and strategic principles into clear priorities
• Strong leadership experience, including leading experienced managers and individual contributors
