Partner Success Engineer (Infrastructure)

📋 Description

• Serve as the technical advisor and strategic owner for a portfolio of infrastructure partners.
• Own the full partner lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, enablement, expansion.
• Drive joint adoption via live demos, workshops, and deployment guidance.
• Lead joint technical validation via POCs across self-hosted and edge deployments.
• Run discovery to surface partner problems and translate them into requirements.
• Identify and scope expansion with Sales; activate partner channels to drive reach.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in technical, customer-facing roles (TAM/solutions/CS) in API-driven or AI firms.
• Track record blending partner ownership with technical depth in deployment/design.
• Hands-on experience running demos, POCs, or technical workshops with enterprise partners.
• Fluency discussing APIs, integrations, and developer workflows; comfortable with L1 issues.
• Deployment infra: containers, Docker, Kubernetes/Helm; GPUs/accelerators; edge deployments.
• Experience landing expansion in complex enterprise or partner accounts.
