🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of solid experience in partner success, key account management, or strategic
• Deep understanding of platforms, franchise systems, multi-unit business models, and the European
• Experience using Generative AI tools and LLMs (e.g., Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT), applying prompt
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and strong data literacy (experience with Looker
• Clear, confident, and empathetic communication and negotiation skills at C-level and franchise HQ
• Native German (C1) and business fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
