🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related
• 3–5+ years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, Account Management, Business
• Proven experience building strategic partnerships, managing key accounts, and driving engagement
• Experience working in healthcare, behavioral health, telehealth, or another regulated industry is
• Strong understanding of partner relationship management, referral workflows, and customer
• Experience using CRM systems, partner management platforms, and digital collaboration tools.
