Partner Success Manager

📋 Description

• Build and strengthen relationships with MCO and health system partners
• Manage and evolve tools and processes that support strong partnerships
• Drive ongoing account planning and monitor performance, risks, and opportunities
• Lead preparation of executive-ready materials for Joint Operating Committees (JOCs)
• Track and action partner requests emerging from JOCs
• Continuously improve partner success systems, processes, and tools

🎯 Requirements

• 7 years of experience in consulting, customer success, account management, operations, and/or
• Experience within healthcare services or health technology
• Strong project management and creative problem-solving skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally
• Experience collecting and analyzing data and making data-driven presentations
