Partner Success Manager

📋 Description

• Manage health and growth of Xometry's manufacturing partner network.
• Improve partner engagement, throughput, quality, and satisfaction.
• Onboard new partners and provide proactive performance communications.
• Match partners with suitable jobs and help scale volume.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Customer Care teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior account/partner management or customer success experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years related experience; preferably in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain.
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, production capabilities, and quality/inspection
• Strong root cause analysis, organizational skills, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
