📋 Description

  • Serve as the primary engagement contact for Litmus partners.
  • Onboard and train new Litmus partners.
  • Build relationships with partner tech, implementation, and leadership teams.
  • Educate partners on deployment, configuration, and support.
  • Provide technical guidance during onboarding and deployments.
  • Travel to partner sites as needed for training.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years in training/enablement, partner/customer success, or similar role.
  • Strong technical aptitude to understand and guide software deployment.
  • Experience with enterprise software, SaaS, IoT, data, and cloud platforms.
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience training customers, partners, or internal teams on software products.
  • Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and projects.
