Partner Success Manager

📋 Description

• Manage a book of hundreds of partners to grow and reduce churn
• Partner with sales/marketing to train and empower partners
• Build relationships with multiple contacts in partner orgs
• Collaborate to drive partner retention, expansion, and satisfaction
• Create innovative, valuable ways to engage partners

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a partner-facing role (sales or CS)
• MSP space knowledge, cyber-security a plus
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational skills in a hyper-growth environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and a large book
• Ability to execute customer success strategies
