Partner Success Manager

📋 Description

• Expand post-sale partner reach by building Huntress's first Partner Success team.
• Drive expansion, loyalty, renewals, and partner satisfaction; curb churn.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to train and empower partners.
• Be a trusted advisor delivering solutions that boost customer satisfaction.
• Build relationships with multiple contacts within partner orgs.
• Engage partners creatively to hit retention and expansion goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a partner-facing role, ideally in sales or customer success.
• Knowledge of the MSP space, preferably cybersecurity.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Strong written and verbal communication for customer and partner engagement.
• Strong organizational skills in a hyper-growth environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and a large book of business.
