Partner Success Manager

📋 Description

• Own and develop relationships with German-speaking partners across the DACH region and wider Europe.
• Understand partner business models, customer bases, service portfolios, infrastructure
• Create and execute partner growth plans focused on adoption, retention, expansion, upselling, and
• Identify opportunities to increase product, service, and platform usage within partner
• Manage renewals and support commercial discussions related to contracts, usage, and future growth
• Monitor partner health indicators: satisfaction, engagement, adoption, revenue, churn risks.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent German and English communication skills for strategic/commercial conversations.
• 3+ years in Partner Success, Customer Success, Account Management, Partner Management, or similar.
• Experience with B2B technology products, services, or software solutions.
• Strong consultative approach; proven ability to build trusted relationships with
• Experience increasing account value through adoption, expansion, upselling, or cross-selling.
• Experience managing renewals, retention strategies, and customer/partner success initiatives.
