🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Customer/Partner Success Manager or similar.
  • 3+ years in enterprise settings, preferably health systems.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and clinicians.
  • Clear, effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical aptitude to understand and explain complex software.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and CS tools is a plus.
