📋 Description

• Own post-sale partner journey from onboarding to expansion
• Identify, evaluate and onboard new service partners
• Ensure fast go-lives and measurable ROI from Bland's AI agents
• Diagnose blockers and escalate to resolution before risks grow
• Collaborate with engineers, product, and sales to resolve issues
• Build partner enablement plans with milestones, KPIs, and ROI

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical customer- or partner-facing roles
• Experience owning post-sale success for enterprise partners or customers
• Strong technical foundation with CS/engineering exposure
• API and integration fluency: REST / JSON, logs, SQL, production systems
• Experience diagnosing complex blockers and driving escalations to resolution
• Highly self-directed — does not rely on heavy management or a pre-built playbook
