📋 Description

• Own and manage partner relationships in DACH and Europe.
• Grow partner adoption, retention, expansion, upsell, cross-sell.
• Coordinate needs across technical and commercial teams.
• Lead business reviews with partner stakeholders.
• Ensure effective escalations and accurate CRM tracking.
• Represent the organization professionally at meetings and events.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent German and English for strategic conversations.
• 3+ years in Partner Success, CS, or related roles.
• Experience with B2B tech products and partners.
• Strong consultative approach and trusted relationships.
• Experience renewing and retaining customers/partners.
• CRM usage and structured reporting experience.
