📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the partner community, building trust-based relationships
• Orchestrate the production process by maintaining communication queue awareness to ensure work is
• Conducting weekly portfolio reviews to document progress and managing risk-based outreach to
• Act as a technical subject matter expert for the Partner Success Team, driving operational
• Proactively identify and resolve issues, including the management of RMA projects and the

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain and/or customer service, preferably in
• Proven track record of successfully managing and meeting schedule commitments by managing
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, timelines, and documentation
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to implement solutions keeping production underway
• Self-starter with a take-charge attitude and ability to independently drive project completion
