Partner Support Associate I

📋 Description

• Cross-functional liaison between Channel Sales and ISO/MRP partners.
• Provide daily sales/partner support for ISO Partner Managers.
• Assist ISO onboarding to increase originations with quality partners.
• Handle ad-hoc communication for channel partners.
• Update partner contact info and partner records in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Compliance, Marketing and Operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience preferred.
• 1+ year in sales support or B2B sales (MCA/fintech space preferred).
• Self-starter, independent, able to juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong accountability, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Salesforce CRM experience; Tableau/NICE a plus.
