Partner Technical Delivery Engineer

📋 Description

• Deliver technical workshops, bootcamps, and summits across NA, EMEA, ANZ.
• Coordinate staffing and logistics for 20+ events per year.
• Drive channel marketing launches to boost attendance and registrations.
• Lead the Lunch & Learn roadshow series across 18 NA cities.
• Create and maintain lab guides and hands-on lab environments.
• Maintain technical LMS content and certification tracks.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, partner enablement, or training.
• Hands-on UCaaS/CCaaS or cloud communications experience; product knowledge a plus.
• Proven ability to teach complex technical concepts to mixed-skill audiences.
• Experience building and running lab environments for training or certification.
• Excellent project management; multi-city event calendar ownership.
• Willingness to travel ~50% for in-person events across NA/EMEA/ANZ.
