📋 Description

Own end-to-end delivery of technical workshops and bootcamps across NA/EMEA/ANZ
Coordinate staffing and logistics for 20+ major events per year
Lead the Lunch and Learn roadshow across 18 NA cities
Develop lab guides with SMEs across all product families
Set up and maintain hands-on lab environments for training
Own LMS content in Docebo and keep certification material current

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or partner enablement
Hands-on UCaaS/CCaaS or cloud comms experience; Dialpad knowledge a plus
Proven ability to teach complex technical concepts to mixed audiences
Experience building and running training lab environments
Excellent project management for multi-city event calendars
Comfortable tracking pipeline attribution and cert completion
