Own end-to-end delivery of workshops, bootcamps, and summits across NA, EMEA, ANZ.
Coordinate staffing and logistics for 20+ events annually.
Manage launch coordination and drive attendance/registration.
Lead Lunch & Learn roadshows across 18 NA cities.
Develop lab guides with SMEs across product families.
Set up and maintain hands-on lab environments for training.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or training.
Hands-on UCaaS/CCaaS or cloud communications experience; Dialpad knowledge a plus.
Proven ability to teach and facilitate complex technical concepts to mixed audiences.
Experience building and running training lab environments.
Excellent project management for multi-city event calendars.
Willing to travel 50%+ for in-person events across NA, EMEA, ANZ.
