🎯 Requirements

Experience with AI including conversational AI, virtual agents or automation in CX environments
Translate business outcomes into AI use cases and success criteria
Knowledge of LLMs, generative AI, AI orchestration, and integrations
Experience supporting AI PoVs, pilots or customer validation motions
