📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of donor cultivation and stewardship events, including
• Develop event programs, speaker briefs, presentations, and donor experiences in collaboration with
• Manage thought leadership and external engagement initiatives, including joint public relations
• Coordinate event preparation with executive leadership, marketing, public relations partners, and
• Represent the Philanthropy Partnerships team at key events, overseeing on-site logistics
• Capture and repurpose event content, including student stories, photography, and video, for future

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in external communications, event planning, donor engagement, or a related
• Demonstrated commitment to the organization's mission, vision, and core values, with an interest in
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to develop repeatable workflows or assets that improve
• Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, color, and composition, with proficiency
• Ability to translate complex data, impact metrics, and narratives into clear, engaging, and
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of brand consistency across different
