📋 Description

• Identify and recruit prospective introducing partners, investor communities, and educators across
• Assess prospective partners’ audiences, acquisition channels, experience, and suitability for the
• Explain partnership models, commission structures, account conditions, and available support
• Guide partners through onboarding, verification, partner portal access, referral link setup, and
• Agree activation plans with new partners and work with Marketing on approved promotional materials
• Develop existing partner relationships, spot growth opportunities, and reactivate inactive partners

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in partnership management, affiliate management, or business development within a
• Experience acquiring and developing partners across Central Asian markets
• Good negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Practical understanding of introducing partner and affiliate models, commission structures
• Ability to assess partner quality, analyse performance, and turn findings into clear development
• Fluent Uzbek and Russian, with good written and spoken English
