  • Build the Kestra Partner Program from scratch

  • Set KPIs: partner-sourced pipeline, partner-influenced ARR, ecosystem catalog coverage
  • Sign and activate technology partners; lead negotiations and scopes
  • Develop consulting & SI partnerships to grow the ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–7 years in partnerships or business development
  • Experience building a partner program from scratch
  • Technically fluent: understand integrations; speak to engineers; read YAML
  • Strong commercial instincts: structure win-win deals and signatures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — English; German or French a plus
  • Pluses: open-source ecosystem exposure; workflow orchestration and data pipelines
