  • Activate, develop and manage a portfolio of strategic partners.
  • Grow the partner channel through hunting and relationship building.
  • Negotiate end-to-end contracts and tailor GTM strategies per partner.
  • Onboard partners and enable them to sell Agicap offerings.
  • Coordinate with SDR, AE and Marketing to maximize channel impact in mid-market.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Fluent or native Italian with full professional proficiency in English.
  • 2โ€“5 years in a sales or business development role, ideally SaaS or B2B tech and/or a Partner Manager role.
  • Proven prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing; you are a true โ€œHunterโ€ and a โ€œDo-er.โ€
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling cross-team collaboration.
  • Strong ability to build relationships at all levels, especially with management and strategic decision-makers.
  • Rigorous, well-organized, and able to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously.
