Partnership Manager, Life Sciences

📋 Description

• Primary day-to-day contact and relationship owner for initial and growing partners.
• Own execution of each partnership's technical roadmap and metrics.
• Manage internal & external stakeholders including tech leads, sponsors, execs.
• Act as connective tissue between partners and Anthropic's Life Sciences team.
• Shape and negotiate partnership scope and co-development of new skills and deals.
• Build operating rhythms, docs, and processes for high-touch partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing complex technical partnerships or BD in biotech/pharma.
• Strong scientific/technical fluency for biotech R&D roadmaps.
• Product development or product management experience.
• Comfortable owning end-to-end relationships from scope to delivery.
• Able to manage multiple senior stakeholders with patience and clarity.
• Experience with venture-backed biotech company creation or company-builder models.
