Partnerships Coordinator

📋 Description

• Creator Relationship Support: secondary contact for assigned creators
• Creator engagement: 1:1 engagement and professional relationships
• Activation timelines: coordinate creator needs, deliverables, timelines
• Deal & Contract: support contract execution, docs, compliance checks
• Campaign execution: coordinate campaigns, timelines, briefs
• Records & processes: maintain records, track statuses, improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in partnerships/influencer marketing or sports marketing
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of creator economy and social media creators
• Experience with creators, agencies, or talent is a plus
