• Background: Typically 0–2+ years in an operations, coordination, project management, or
• Organized to a fault: You juggle many threads at once and drop none of them. You keep the tracker
• Strong written communication: Most of this job is clear, prompt, professional messages to partners
• Follow-through you can set a watch by: You close loops without being reminded, and people learn
• Comfort with tools: Spreadsheets, CRMs, and project trackers — and you already use AI in your daily
