🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in BD/Partnerships/Sales leadership (fintech/payments/SaaS).
  • Strong LATAM executive network and C-level relationship skills.
  • Proven track record of partner acquisition and revenue delivery.
  • Experience building and scaling a partnerships organization.
  • Excellent negotiation with founders and C-level executives.
  • Entrepreneurial, data-driven mindset with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese; strong communication.
