Partnerships Lead

📋 Description

• Develop and expand regional partner pipeline across tech, cloud, marketplace, and startups
• Identify, qualify, negotiate, and onboard partners to grow EMEA presence
• Activate and localize global partnerships via enablement, co-selling, and co-marketing
• Collaborate with global leaders to adapt strategies to regional needs
• Build and maintain relationships with senior partner stakeholders
• Represent the company at regional industry and developer events

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years in partnerships, BD, or channel management in EMEA
• Proven experience managing multiple partnership models: tech alliances, SI, cloud, startups
• Demonstrated success building/expanding regional partnership functions in international orgs
• Strong commercial acumen to evaluate opportunities across partner types
• Experience working independently in distributed global environments; fluent English
• Background in developer tools, cloud technologies, databases, or infrastructure software; AWS/Azure/Google Cloud knowledge a plus
