• Lead two operations teams in partnerships, ensuring clear ownership.
• Onboard PSPs from first contact to live transactions.
• Build, scale integrations with partners for smooth setup.
• Own merchant accounts across channels; monitor performance and risks.
• Maintain partner risk register; manage compliance and operational risks.
• Oversee merchant account infrastructure: volume and activity.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous leadership in partnerships, account management, or payments.
• Ability to lead multiple teams in fintech or payments infra.
• 4+ years in account management, onboarding, or partner ops.
• Strong knowledge of payment processing, settlements, risk, and compliance.
• Hands-on merchant account and PSP relationship management.
• Data-driven, comfortable with dashboards; Excel; BI tools a plus.
