📋 Description

• Develop and expand regional partner pipeline across tech, cloud, marketplace, and startups.
• Identify, qualify, negotiate, and onboard partners to grow the EMEA market.
• Activate and localize global partnerships via enablement, co-selling, and co-marketing.
• Collaborate with global partnership leaders to adapt strategies to regional needs.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across partner networks to drive long-term value.
• Represent the company at regional events to boost visibility and opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years in partnerships, BD, or channel mgmt in EMEA.
• Experience managing tech alliances, solution partners, SIs, cloud providers, startups.
• Proven track record building or expanding regional partnerships in international orgs.
• Strong commercial acumen to evaluate and pursue opportunities across partner types.
• Experience working independently in distributed global environments across time zones.
• Background in developer tools, cloud technologies, databases, or infra software.
