📋 Description

• Own day-to-day management of a growing partner portfolio.
• Manage partnerships across aviation verticals.
• Expand partner potential via joint plans, deeper integrations, and GTM.
• Maintain up-to-date partner records in CRM (contacts, status, activity, renewal).
• Run quarterly business reviews with priority partners; deliver summaries.
• Flag renewals proactively and escalate issues on a timeline.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in partnerships, BD, or alliances at a tech company.
• Proven ability to manage a large, diverse partner portfolio.
• Strong CRM discipline; keep records current and use pipeline data to prioritize.
• Proactive hunter of new relationships; not satisfied with inbound only.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable in external partner-facing settings.
• Organized and self-directed; can manage a complex workload with minimal oversight.
