  • Own end-to-end LATAM partner relationships (acquirers, APMs, banks, fraud vendors).
  • Primary contact for your partner portfolio; engage, enable, grow.
  • Monitor partner health metrics (integration, volume, NPS) and address issues.
  • Identify and pursue new partnerships aligned with product and commercial strategy.
  • Drive joint GTM initiatives, co-marketing, and referral programs with partners.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to leverage partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-5 years in partnerships or BD in payments/fintech.
  • Proven track record with acquirers, processors, APMs, banks.
  • Experience in Brazilian market; Portuguese native/fluent; English required.
  • Deep understanding of payments value chain: acquiring, issuing, APMs.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, stakeholder mgmt; multi-partner.
  • Data-driven; track KPIs; cross-functional with Product/Tech/Legal; Sao Paulo preferred.
