📋 Description

• Develop and execute a partnership strategy to grow Monzo's core banking products
• Identify and secure strategic partnerships with trusted brands delivering value to customers
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions with new and existing partners
• Scale and optimise partnerships with data-driven insights and performance tracking
• Analyse customer behaviour and partner performance to identify high-impact opportunities
• Build cross-functional relationships with Product, Marketing, Data Science, Design and Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in partnerships, business development or growth in fintech/tech
• Experience building and scaling B2B/B2C partnerships with measurable impact
• Highly analytical; uses data to inform decisions and opportunities
• Excellent communicator; builds relationships with internal and external partners
• Comfortable navigating technical, commercial and operational challenges cross-functionally
• Excited by Monzo’s mission to make money work for everyone
