Partnerships Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day relationship operations with key partners.
• Manage partner reporting and touchpoints, including quarterly reviews.
• Identify potential new partners and lead assessment to evaluate fit.
• Execute contract renewals and amendments with existing partners.
• Support onboarding of new partners and integration with Brex operations.
• Track, analyze, resolve, and escalate partner issues as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• 4+ years experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, partnerships, or strategic operations
• Experience in a role that requires rigorous financial and business analytics and strategic thought
• Experience working with external counterparties to develop partnerships and structure transactions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to write, create presentations, and present to Brex's executives and external partners
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
