Partnerships Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day relationship operations with key partners
• Manage regular reporting and touchpoints with partners (QBRs and ad-hoc)
• Identify potential new partners and lead assessment for fit
• Execute contract renewals and amendments with existing partners
• Support onboarding of new partners and integration with Brex operations
• Track, analyze, resolve, and escalate partner issues as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• 4+ years in investment banking, private equity, consulting, partnerships, or strategic operations
• Experience in a role that requires rigorous financial and business analytics and strategic thought
• Experience working with external counterparties to develop partnerships and structure transactions
• Strong communication skills; able to write, present, and create presentations for executives and partners
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
