Partnerships Manager

📋 Description

• Prepare for and follow through on prospect conversations to keep sales momentum
• Help build the business case for each opportunity
• Keep pipeline accurate and actionable and follow up on new and existing leads
• Manage the path from first conversation to signed agreement: coordinate contracts, track reviews
• Leverage AI and automation tools to cut manual work across the deal lifecycle
• Build direct relationships with decision-makers at financial institution customers

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience, such as sales, partnerships, sales operations, deal desk
• Organizational instincts: ability to keep many workstreams moving without dropping threads and
• Clear, crisp, and professional communication skills; comfortable being the voice of Reset in
• Client presence: at ease with partner leadership teams and deep in project details
• Strong product judgment and systems thinking to understand how ecosystem partner requirements
• Bias for action and self-starting follow-through
