📋 Description

• Develop and execute global partner business plans to achieve pipeline, revenue, delivery, and
• Recruit, onboard, and manage strategic consulting and technology partners to expand market coverage
• Build and maintain joint business plans with key partners, conducting regular business reviews and
• Drive revenue through joint account planning, co-marketing initiatives, opportunity registration
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Solution Consulting, Services, Marketing, and Partner Excellence
• Educate internal field teams on partner capabilities, industry expertise, and engagement strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of combined experience in alliance management, partner sales, technology sales, business
• Proven history of recruiting, signing, developing, managing, and significantly scaling partnerships
• Prior experience in the EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) or FP&A (Financial Planning
• Profound understanding of building and executing partner GTM strategies, incentive programs
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, listening, and negotiating skills with high comfort
• Ability to manage a global book of business efficiently and autonomously through strong people and
