📋 Description

• Onboard PSP companies onto processing channels from first contact to live transactions.
• Build and maintain integrations with partners for smooth tech setup.
• Own merchant accounts across partner channels; track performance and risks.
• Maintain risk registers for active partners; stay ahead of compliance.
• Run the merchant account dashboard: volume, data, status, and history.
• Review and renegotiate financial terms: processing rates and settlements.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in account management, partner success, or onboarding in payments.
• Solid understanding of payment processing, approvals, settlements, risk, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with merchant accounts and PSP relationships.
• Proficient with dashboards and data; intermediate Excel; BI/tools a plus.
• Ownership mindset; able to manage workload and drive solutions.
• Fluent Russian and strong English; clear written and verbal communication.
