🎯 Requirements

5+ years in partnerships, business development, or alliances in fintech
Understanding of mortgage tech ecosystem, esp POS/LOS
Proven track record signing/activating partnerships with measurable pipeline or revenue
Experience building joint go-to-market and co-selling with tech partners
Comfort collaborating with Product/Engineering on integrations
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and program-management
