Partnerships Manager- Paytm Ads

📋 Description

• Identify and build relationships with third-party publishers/platforms with monetizable inventory.
• Develop the partnership proposition, commercial model, and go-to-market approach for bringing
• Evaluate publisher opportunities based on inventory quality, scale, monetization potential
• Own the partner lifecycle from initial outreach and commercial discussions through integration
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Ad Operations, Data, and other teams to onboard and scale
• Identify and develop partnerships across multiple areas, including Advertising / AdTech partners

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, monetization, AdTech, affiliate
• Strong experience in building revenue/monetization channels through external partnerships.
• Experience working directly with publishers, advertising partners, affiliate platforms, research
• Demonstrated ability to identify, negotiate, and close commercial partnerships.
• Strong commercial understanding, with the ability to discuss revenue share, pricing, margins
• Experience taking partnerships from concept → negotiation → contract → integration → launch → scale.
