Partnerships & Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Execute and support operational management of a digital channel.
• Build weekly dashboards tracking traffic, conversion, and revenue per partner.
• Prepare partner briefings and analyses for negotiations in PT/EN.
• Manage daily comms with brand partners in BR and US.
• Flag blockers and risks; coordinate with Legal, Eng, and Marketing.
• Use Claude, Gemini, or equivalents AI tools daily for automation.

🎯 Requirements

• Reside in São Paulo.
• Office visit availability when required.
• Experience in commercial ops, e-commerce, partnerships, or affiliate marketing.
• Own tasks and workload without micromanagement.
• Data-driven: build reports and communicate findings.
• Strong Portuguese and English communication.
