📋 Description

• Plan and manage recurring webinars and lead-generation series across both brands, overseeing topic
• Coordinate company-wide events, including office gatherings, founder dinners, brand activations
• Create compelling sponsorship packages for webinars and events, identify prospective sponsors
• Ensure sponsors receive the agreed deliverables, coordinate promotional commitments, and evaluate
• Develop and manage partnership initiatives with advertising platforms, commerce providers, and
• Build and maintain a pipeline of marketing technology, AI, and commerce partners, translating

🎯 Requirements

• Three to five years of professional experience managing webinars, events, marketing partnerships
• Demonstrated experience developing and selling sponsorship packages for events or webinars
• Proven hands-on experience producing events end to end, including run-of-show development, venue
• Experience building and managing strategic partnerships, with a strong understanding of commercial
• Experience pitching media outlets, securing press coverage, booking speakers, or arranging
• Strong written and verbal English skills, with the ability to conduct all business communication
