Parts Associate

📋 Description

• Source, quote, and order aftermarket/used parts across models
• Evaluate vendor options to balance cost, quality, and availability
• Manage end-to-end parts ordering workflow (receiving, verification)
• Resolve backorders, substitutions, and part discrepancies
• Maintain accurate tracking of parts in inventory/order systems
• Ensure parts reach production on time to meet SLAs

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7 years hands-on automotive parts desk experience
• Strong knowledge of aftermarket/used parts ecosystems incl recyclers
• Proven high-volume parts ordering in production or retail
• Source parts quickly across multiple vendors and systems
• Deep understanding of vehicle components and part compatibility
• Valid Ontario driver’s license (G2) with clean abstract
