📋 Description

• Process HVAC parts orders via phone, email, and in person
• Identify parts, generate quotes, and convert to orders
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly
• Promote products and support customer retention
• Coordinate warranty processing and credits
• Organize warehouse and inventory to ensure accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2–5 years of warehouse, parts, or counter sales experience preferred
• HVAC parts knowledge preferred
• Inventory control experience
• Strong computer skills
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
