• 1–3 years in consulting, finance, tech, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Natural problem-solver who creates structure.
• Strong analytical skills with data and spreadsheets.
• Nice to have Notion/Slack/ClickUp experience.
