📋 Description

• Partner with engineering teams to identify patentable inventions and draft specifications and claims
• Manage patent prosecution end to end, including examination responses, amendments, and strategy
• Lead freedom-to-operate clearances
• Develop AI-enhanced tools across the IP function
• Join hackathons, uncover patent whitespace, spend time on-farm

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years' experience as Patent Attorney or Patent Engineer
• Strong technical expertise or serious interest in software, electronics, or machine learning
• Curiosity about how things work; willingness to dive into design documents and code
• Solid experience in patentability assessments, drafting, and prosecution
• Freedom to operate and invalidity work experience
• Itch to automate manual processes
