Pathology Support Coordinator - Sample Review - ASCP Certified Required TEMP Tues-Saturday 2nd Shift

📋 Description

• Review tissue samples for Signatera/Altera using LIMS.
• Interpret reports and clinical notes for data entry.
• Collaborate with team to resolve discrepancies.
• Place notes/holds on non-conforming samples and escalate.
• Confirm cancer types before reporting.
• Meet daily case metrics and attend interdepartmental meetings.
• Provide process/workflow feedback to improve quality.
• Handle PHI with HIPAA training and privacy compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA degree preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years medical industry experience (pathology preferred).
• Previous data entry experience required.
• Trained on all product types; accurate QC.
• Typing speed of at least 45 wpm.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
