Patient Access Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead daily patient access and pre-access operations, coordinating registration and pre-registration
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members through training, feedback, performance evaluations
• Monitor operational KPIs such as point-of-service collections, wait times, productivity, overtime
• Coordinate staff schedules, rotations, time-off requests, and call-offs while balancing service
• Track upfront collection performance, establish goals, provide coaching, and implement corrective
• Participate in an on-call rotation, providing administrative and educational support and responding

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience, with 2–3 years of supervisory experience in
• Experience or working knowledge of healthcare patient access functions, including registration
• CHAM (Certified Healthcare Access Management) and CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative)
• Demonstrated ability to lead and direct others, provide effective coaching, and create an
