📋 Description

• Direct operational, financial, and personnel activities of Patient Accounts.
• Achieve performance targets by coordinating across departments.
• Liaison with physicians, staff, public, and payors to resolve issues.
• Manage people, relationships, and processes to maximize results.
• Promote collaboration and service excellence across the dept.
• Direct billing, credit/collections, cash control, data entry, and insurance ops.

• Leadership in patient accounts or healthcare finance.
• Knowledge of third-party payor regulations and compliance.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem solving.
• Experience with billing, credit/collections, cash control, data entry, insurance ops.
• Financial reporting and interdepartmental coordination experience.
• Excellent communication with physicians and hospital staff.
