Patient Care Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Monitor the health of global Salesforce case operations (routing, queues, case-reason taxonomy) and
• Work closely with regional managers (LATAM & Spain, Europe) to understand each market's
• Turn findings into clear, prioritized requests (problem, evidence, impact) to fix issues or
• Turn recurring operational issues into documented processes that work across markets while
• Track performance of AI case-reply tools and automations, flag regressions, and suggest data-backed
• Help local teams adopt automations and gather feedback on what works and what doesn't

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Operations, Strategy Ops, Sales Ops, RevOps, or Data Analysis
• Understanding of product and business dynamics
• Working SQL skills (joins/aggregations)
• Ability to navigate Salesforce Service Cloud and Superset (or similar BI tools)
• Sharp English communication (written and spoken), able to distill complex analysis into structured
• Bias to action: tackle small tasks the same day and drive large initiatives to completion
